Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- A proof of purchase (receipt) is required.
Defective Products
If your item is defective, simply provide detailed photographs before initiating the return process.
Refund Process
- Refunds (excluding shipping fees and discounts) will be processed within 9 business days after return approval.
- Refunds are credited back to your original payment method.
Rejected Returns
- Items that show signs of use or damage beyond original defects will not be refunded.
- If your return does not meet our criteria, it will be rejected.
How to Return
For Defective Items:
- You can download or print a prepaid return label.
For Customer Remorse:
- Prepaid labels are included in your package.
- Returns are 100% free, whether due to defects or customer choice.
